Rest
I have taken the week off to rest a bit. I will be back at the gym on Sunday.

just stumbled upon your blog by accident. I am in pretty much in the exact situation that you were when you started, and am looking to put on about 9 kg (20lbs). It's great to hear that there is hope, so keep it up mate.
i stumbled accross your blog because i also want to gain weight. just not muscle weight! of course, i am female, so maybe i don't feel the pressure that you have experienced. of course, haven't you heard? chicks dig the skinny guys nowadays. and it's good to get called a fag every once in a while. ; )
