Last night I did my first leg routine since my injury and was impressed and disappointed at the same time. My squat was about standard but my straight leg deads were lacking.

Squat
Set 1 135lbs 15 reps
Set 2 225lbs 10 reps
Set 3 295lbs 8 reps

Straight Leg Deads
Set 1 135lbs 10 reps
Set 2 155lbs 10 reps
Set 3 155lbs 6 reps

Seated Calf Raises
Set 1 225lbs 20 reps
Set 2 225lbs 15 reps
Set 3 225lbs 12 reps
Set 4 225lbs 12 reps
(Rest between sets was only a matter of seconds maybe 20 seconds at most)

Decline Crunches with 25lb plate
Set 1 20 reps
Set 2 20 reps
(Rest was about 30 seconds between sets)
