Feb 03, 2006 Workout
Last night was Back, Bi, and Traps.
3 sets of pullups (each set to failure)
Seated Rows 3 sets 8-10 reps each 140lbs (I am guessing each plate is 10lbs, either way it's 14 plates)
T-Bar Rows 2 sets 8 reps each 135lbs
Dumbbell Curls 3 sets 8 reps each 35lbs
Barbell Curl 3 sets 12 reps each 50lbs
Dumbbell Shrugs 3 sets 12 reps each 70lbs
3 sets of decline situps with 25lb weight on chest, each set to failure.
As far as my diet, I am not going to post everything I eat because that's a lot of food to type out :) So just know that the 4500-5500 calories a day is a guarantee.

I just read about you and your blog in the NY Times and decided to forwarded it a few men I know. I wanted to let them know that they're not alone in their struggle and hopefully will be more inspired to meet their weight goal. I too have my own issues with keeping weight on, but I have yet to see an article pertaining to women who want to gain a few pounds. Your blog is very inspirational and encouraging.
GG2917 I am glad you enjoyed the article and the blog, I understand that there is really nothing out there for people trying to gain weight and there is virtually nothing for women trying to gain weight. If we all stick together and help each other out we can reach our goals and we can all finally live our lives the way we want to. If you are interested I also have a group here on google that you and your friends can go to and post ideas, questions, etc. so that we can help each other out. The address is: http://groups.google.com/group/WeightGain
Hope to see you there.
