My Apologies

Just want to let everyone know that I have been out of town for the past week. It was Mardi Gras and I go every year and so you know I didn't eat or workout like I was suppose to. My basic diet was a shit load of fried fish, shrimp etc., a ton of boiled crawfish, and gallons of beer. Training starts back on Monday. Have a great weekend and I will see you guys Monday evening.
